In this weekend retreat we will explore mindfulness of the body as a foundation for both formal and daily life practice. How attention to the physical body and its sensations can be a doorway into a calmer heart and a rich territory of investigation.
The retreat will begin at 10am on Saturday, you are welcome to arrive from 9.30. This retreat will be live streamed so if you are unable to attend in person you can register for an online ticket by using the link above.
Sunday will start at 11am.
Ajahn Jutindharo
Ajahn Jutindharo began his meditation practice in 1982 and since 1989 has been a monk in the Thai forest lineage of Ajahn Chah and Ajahn Sumedho, living primarily in the UK. For the last fifteen years he has been the abbot at the Hartridge Monastery in Devon. He prefers to avoid the limelight, but usually teaches several retreats a year at different retreat centres, as well as leading workshops and giving talks.
