Course description
In the midst of our lives, in the midst of multiple world crises, how can embodiment – the first foundation of mindfulness – support us?
This half-day in-person retreat followed by six weekly online sessions will explore the pathways to deepening embodiment, through guided sitting, walking and movement practices, discussion, talks and suggestions for daily reflections on intention, harmlessness, and care.
Co-creating a welcoming, inclusive community, we will support each other to bring Buddhist teachings into the heart of our daily lives, connecting and re-connecting to aspirations for meeting stress and vulnerability with wisdom and compassion.
All are welcome. Please get in touch if you are newer to meditation and want to find out if this course will be a good fit for you.
